Store Hub¶
Store Hub is the operations surface for the rest of the retail workflow around the POS.
Typical Responsibilities¶

- operational status and serviceability
Why It Matters¶
The POS handles the transaction. Store Hub handles the operating environment in which that transaction succeeds or fails.
That includes:
- whether the store is active
- whether a dark store can fulfill an order
- whether staff and pickers are available
- whether terminals and outlets are correctly configured
